Before the new ownership JO was a good place to work. They valued the employees.
Cons
New owners and top leadership has ruined what used to be a good company and team of employees. Top leadership and there new manager team has let go seasoned loyal employees to hire people with zero experience. Top leadership does not understand the print industry and will continue to gut and destroy a once gold standard print company.
