JO has provided an avenue to learn a brand new industry and allowed me to evolve into a role beyond simply Customer Service. In my time at JO, I have seen CSR's grow into Sales, Leadership in other departments such as Data Processing, Scheduling and even working with Executive Leadership on initiatives requiring detailed project management.
Cons
CSR's at JO learn the in's and out's of our entire print production facility, manage customer communications regarding schedules, art and data, which can lead to a steep learning curve.
