      Management is bad: 1) Manager who don't listen to employees. 2) Manager who speaks vulgarities. 3) Manager who gives empty promises. The career prospect is bleak. Progression based on favoritism, not on merit.

      You will need to learn about and deal with Japanese business culture. Could be a positive if you enjoy exposure to very different cultures.

      Working culture there is not toxic. Compensations and benefits is above average. Senior management is from HQ.

      Cons

      Relocated to Changi Business Park from town. Not convenient for those who stay in the west.
