Great Company - IT-Manger January Digital Employee Review

What January Digital advertises online about its culture is not a façade. The company truly is collaborative and kind, and people live the values every single day. The Digital Marketing Residency program was intensive, but I learned so much in a short period of time. I was constantly supported and encouraged to ask questions. My manager genuinely cared that I understood and learned the concepts, not just completed the work, which made the experience incredibly valuable. It is a place where learning is prioritized and people want you to succeed.

The program is fast-paced and demanding at times, which can feel intense. However, that intensity is paired with a strong support system and meaningful learning, so it ultimately feels worth it.

It’s an agency with immense potential. The leadership here is incredibly knowledgeable about both people and skills, which translates into a work culture that values growth and development. It’s clear they are not just focused on being an execution partner for clients but genuinely care about helping businesses succeed in a meaningful way.

That being said, as with many growing agencies, there are some growing pains. One challenge is the limited resources that come with a smaller agency. For example, there can be a lack of deep support in research and analysis, which sometimes puts a strain on teams. However, I’ve found that the company is actively working on solving this through growth, as well as identifying areas for efficiency to better accommodate that growth. It’s a work in progress, but I’m confident that as the company scales, these resource gaps will be addressed.
