Pros
Do not work for contract jobs in this organization, if you get the full time position in other places, there is no guarantee that you will get hired for permanent full time position even if you have required credentials and qualifications. Someone should sue this organization for hiring contract employees, shame on the awful management of this company, being such a large multi billion dollar organization, and still hiring suitable candidates for contract jobs to save on taxes and medical expenses. If you get hired as a regular employee in less than 4-6 months then stay there otherwise just get the opportunity in any other pharma company or elsewhere.
If you have B.S.. or M.S. you may get hired but remember to pursue your higher studies in near future as early as you can. You will not be able to grow in your career beyond certain level if you do not have higher qualifications.
Cons
Some hypocrites have got glued to their chairs in this organization for 20 years or more. THere is no guarantee that you will get hired from your contract job, even if you are hard working, honest, credible, qualified, self driven, goal oriented, and with proven track record in scientific research community/field of interest with publications, awards and credentials. Keep searching for full time permanent jobs in all companies do not give up.
