Disappointed - Senior CRA Janssen Employee Review

To begin with this was great. Team were friendly and manager approachable. Things then went South leading to no recognition for extra hours worked or picking up tasks when the company needed staff. Felt like I was micromanaged on some studies by project manager. Started affecting my work/life balance which I didn't realise to what extent until I left and the pressure was lifted.
