Sr management unchanged for decades, so newbies will not effect any meaningful change, bc there is a vested interest in status quo. Needless time wasted on low return tasks, due to lack of consensus building up front. Very hierarchical with lack of empowerment to those who need it. Chaotic. Unrealistic expectations of overtime on a regular basis and lack of work-life balance. Finger pointing culture.
