Pros
Positive people working towards improving and creating healthcare. General concern from senior management regarding the health and development of our employees.
Cons
Previously, some Manager/Directors were acting negatively towards employees and really cutting them down. Credo based senior management team either forced them out via retirement or found them new positions of lesser authority. The con with this was it took several years to implement where the employees were powerless and just endured the abuse. HR sided with Manager/Director's until Sr Management determined the Manager/Director's were abusive. No real protection for the employees as HR acts in the Managers' best interest. Does happen in other companies as well.
