      Job security, defined pension plan, lots of autonomy, excellent healthcare benefits, and a promote from within culture.

      Cons

      Incentive compensation is a little lighter than other large companies, change happens slower due to the size of the company, and you won't "blow out your bonus" here due to the very aggressive goals.
