Pros
World leading organisation. Wonderful benefits. Family friendly. Flexible work arrangements. Vanessa in the gym is one of the best assets to the organisation. The on-site cafe and staff are wonderful. There are some great teams and some truly inspirational individuals. With my passion for healthcare, science and people on paper it was my dream job!
Cons
Terrible training and onboarding. Very unsupportive manager. Little compassion shown for personal circumstances such as close family member going through cancer treatment. Minimal support with systems. Extremely quick to blame individuals without looking into details. Grossly underpaid for level of skill and experience. Took a significant pay drop to join.
