Super interesting projects, daily work activities with a meaning and purpose, in between many fun activities organised with nice colleagues, in general very good care for the employees (free fruits, meditation, yoga, career advice, personal development trainings). J&J Credo culture taken seriously.
Cons
Not that easy to get a permanent contract, which causes job insecurity for some people
