Pros
A lot of awesome perks as to be expected w big Pharma. You do have many opportunities throughout year to have your voice heard. Company car plus gas for field employees. Tons of resources to do your job well.
Cons
A lot of “check the box” busy work. Less pay compared to other Pharma companies for field based. The pension isn’t as good as it once was so JNJ needs to adjust salary for that setback. A lot of turnover bc of lack of base pay.
