Pros
Family feel, desirable compensation, very ethical when it comes to their products, employees, shareholders and health care professionals. There is also plenty of room for innovation and every idea you present will be considered. I love working for this company. I had an oustanding manager who I consider to be my mentor and I think there are many other mentors within the company at all levels. The Johnson & Johnson Credo is the foundation of all companies under the J&J umbrella and the fundamentals of the Credo are always considered at all levels within the business.
Cons
Significant downsizing has been experienced over the past year and it started slowly in 2006. The pipeline is promising and the industry as a whole fluctuates. This 'con' comes with most pharma comes I would venture to say.
