there is plenty of support and resources, i.e. on site ergonomics assessment, onsite gym and workout classes, onsite cafe
Cons
I do not feel that they are paying fairly for the area that their workers live in (high cost living for average pay) and they definitely could have more amenities available- for example, there is a cafe on campus, but I feel that lunch should be free due to the lack of options nearby.
