Supportive management and team members. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Good work / life balance, was only contacted once or twice outside of work for something that couldn't wait. Overall a really fantastic experience. Good opportunities for promotion within the company, especially at larger sites

There’s no transparency at all what so ever in this company. You don’t matter unless you are related to the “managers”.
