Cons
You will serve the probation period for 6 months and that would be extended for no reason. When asked why are they extending the probation period... when you are already doing your work on time completing your tasks at the same day or the given time period. Then they will just say your performance need improvement. You won't me monitored for your tasks by anyone. No one comes up and asks what's going on what's the update until you go upfront yourself. No assessments taken when clearly said there will be assessments happening from which your performance would be judged but there was not a single assessment taken you have to ask every time for the tasks when you have completed your previous one. You put up efforts everyday and work hard to learn and complete the tasks but in the end what you get is your probation is getting extended because you need improvement and this is not just my case. Every person joining in faces the same thing. Also the salary they offer after all this is 15k or 20k for a Backend Engineer profile. Please do good research about any company before you join in. Else you will also get into the trap of these fraud companies.
