Terrible work culture - Researcher Jan Sahas Employee Review

The mid-management has a lot of incompetent and young people. There is absolute disregard for research and knowledge production. The research team lacks expertise in the area they are working on. The work culture is toxic. The promotions are based on personal connections and not based on any kind of objective evaluation. The scale of the salary is never revealed in the JDs. Even when there is a budget to pay a higher salary, they prefer blatant exploitation. Professional conversations are always aggressive.
