      - Independently Canadian owned. - Flat Work Structure. - Hybrid and Remote available. - Friendly and chill work environment, people are willing and wanting to help you, and are open to change. - Philanthropic initiatives to help charitable causes that other employees can vote on. - Competitive salaries - Free catered office Lunches twice a week. - SWAG :) - Regular All Fun No Work events throughout the year, and a yearly company retreat to a resort (Yes, you read that right)

      Cons

      Not really as con, but something to consider, You have to be accountable for yourself. Since you won't necessarily have a "boss" or direct report, Your value to the company will show though your work and professionalism. Burlington can be considered far if you're used to working in Downtown Core, so be prepared for a commute through the QEW if you're coming into the office.
