      1) Lack of strategic direction from management. 2) Lack of general CPG business knowledge 3) Popularity contest & full of cliques 4) Too many egos

      Pros

      None, absolutely hated working there.

      Cons

      Was working there in my 20s, in 2015. The company is extremely toxic, with very unprofessional and rude management. Would constantly get yelled at and mistreated, made to stay later and work for two people. Ended up having to go stress/medical leave while working there. Thank god they closed their Vancouver location.
