      Lots of students You’re given alot of freedom on how you actually teach

      Cons

      Low pay A lot of driving and wear and tear on your vehicle Ridiculous rescheduling policy If there’s ever a problem where the parents can complain management pretty much always sides with them even if doesn’t make sense.
