Pros

None. I only gave one star because negative stars were not an option

Cons

Micro-management of the worst kind, bait and switch sales tactics, products are cheaply made, smoke in mirrors so customers are super disappointed when material is received. Owner has one of worst reputations out there, ask around.

Pros

* Innovative - Company is continuously exploring different paths for each of their departments, unique partnerships to expand business opportunities and clientele, and continues brand development . This company is only growing and I was very fortunate to be a part of it * Pay structure ensures quarterly bonuses for all employees based on sales, a great incentive for the individual and the team as a whole. It is a direct reward for the work that * Supportive and Kind Leadership - They will give you feedback, they always want you to be learning and improving your work, when an issue arrises we work as a team to solve it. * Individual Voices Heard - Staff is encouraged to speak their minds and offer valuable solutions, and the most important part is that they are heard and action is taken with leadership. * Benefits - 401k match, health, dental, Quarterly Bonuses, annual inflation raise

Cons

Small Company growing pains - nothing out of the ordinary.

Pros

- excellent project managers to work with - nice product

Cons

- Very unprofessional work place, kind of heard to believe it's a real company. - No training process or introductions on how they operate. - Health insurance is the BARE minimum and you have to cover an outrageous amount. I was asked if it was medicaid, I had to explain this was through my employer which no one accepts. - Management does not understand the design world. they do not understand that it isn't a one product fits all. They do not understand that different territories operate differently. - Very stingy all around. They try to send 1 sample rather than 2 to save money (even when requested by designer). They do not operate as the other standard competitors. They don't allow pom boxes as a library standard. Invest in your clients and you will see a return. - Rep is expected to drop off all samples. this is tedious work with no benefit. If I meet with a client once a week and they need an extra sample. this can be sent via UPS/ Fedex rather than have your rep waste 2-3 hours commuting, this time can be spent pursuing new business opportunities. You will be scolded/ looked down upon if you try to suggest any new ideas.
