Pros

Great coworkers, work/life balance, strong product that is widely viewed as the best solution by the market

Cons

The current leaders have no regard for their employee's wellbeing. They frequently make decisions that demonstrate how far removed they are and the response when they receive pushback comes across as "we don't care about you and deal with it". This extends FAR beyond the return to office, but how that was rolled out showed they gave no thought to the logistics for employees, and brought to light how little they think through large decisions. (And now they had to pushback the date to Sept) They claimed they would be more transparent going forward, and we are constantly in the dark on very important decisions they are making with regard to product, marketing, how we are paid, etc. For example, they rolled back a spiff offered once they realized it paid out too much. The culture feels like it'll never have the same spark that it used to...

Pros

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Cons

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Pros

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Cons

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
