At Jamf, we continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package and strive to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. As Jamf continues to grow we are constantly working to address pain points where they exist. We have several efforts underway to gauge and evaluate that the systems, tools, resources, processes, and our teams, can scale along with us.
