Incredible mission-driven organization, Cool co-workers I wanted to hang out with after work, understanding and human-centered leadership

resource constraints being grant funded but they have done a lot to build up and partner and merge. So may not be an issue now

The organization is very committed to supporting students in the Mission and has tons of great programs for the kids.

Some of the staff can sometimes make the work environment have a lot of personal drama.
