Pros

I am obligated to put something here and I wish it was something positive but in my time there isn’t one thing.

Cons

Where to begin...First, the President Tom Tegeder truly does not care about his employees and is a complete joke. He is unwilling to adapt to the way companies operate nowadays and if he continues this way he will force the company to move back into the garage where it all started 45 years ago. Upper management in general is a catastrophic disaster to put it kindly. The amount of time and resources they spend discussing and not following through on those discussions is laughable. The best part is they are so paranoid about what the employees think, however when they find out what we truly think they run around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to figure out what to do. The average sales rep doesn’t even make 60k and there is a draw. The only way you will make more is if you are the select favorite group who is hand given their sales. Benefits are horrendous and the 401k match is abysmal. You won’t get a full 10 days of vacation until your third year and they don’t have sick days. Culture: This building is littered with gossip, lies, deceit and is flat out mentally exhausting to be around. Constant Unfulfilled promises.

Pros

Teams celebrate personal and professional milestones together. Leadership actively seeks out and implements employee feedback. The organization offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and consistently supports internal promotion.

Cons

The day-to-day work can be challenging due to a lack of structured communication and formal training. Learning through trial and error, which can be tough initially but if you take enough notes and give it time you will be rewarded. It is a good place to work with great people, but better documentation and more consistent communication would really help the team succeed. This all has been actively getting better due to management taking in employee feedback.
