Supportive manager, no sales goal, focus on customer service, nice discount for employees

It’s still an hourly retail job which means random work hours and working on weekends

A lot of micro-managing. Store will be empty most of the week and you are not allowed to talk to your coworkers to pass the time. Manager would watch us on cameras from her office and then accuse us of not working hard enough.
