Disrespectful Management - Software Engineer James Avery Employee Review

I was in the IT Department. Joined in March 2015 and was very enthusiastic about my work. Got self trained and got to know many people. Wanted to be very productive but was never given a chance to. The CIO - Harsha Bellur is rude, bad mannered, and does not listen to people. I had a few in person meetings with him. Does not even say, "How are you, how was your day." I had brought some concerns that were never resolved. Did not even get a warning before termination.
