Pros
- Flexible hours - Building with many facilities(Gym, Cafeteria, Game room) - Work environment in general is good, people used to help each other - Work stability
Cons
- Poor salary compared to other companies in the area, not to mention compared to other countries, specially if you already have experience and you are no longer a junior developer. - Evaluations(360) each year as an excuse to do not raise your salary, each year they made one with your peers, then reviewed with your Lead and/or manager to see if it exceeds expectations, if so then they decide to award you with a "generous" 5%, it can take years to obtain a decent increment - Company praises they have a culture of values like respect, reciprocity but they not, they prefer to throw they money in failures as "home made smartphones" and other stuff before raise the lower earnings of their employees - Difficult to obtain a Parking lot. - They do not really value their former employees that have been working extra hours for free during years, but when they hire someone else from outside they have more benefits than you, like a reserved parking lot - it is okay as starting point to work to get some experience, If all that you like is work stability and you don't care about getting a competitive salary with other companies, then this place if for you.
