I'm not sure where to begin or if this box will even allow me to type all the cons of this employer! I can assure you all the glowing reviews are by the same person who just keeps posting reviews and changing her statements.
Cons
No appreciation of your work. Only focuses on 10% which is not done. No employee management skills. Technical leader person is treating like a worker to anyone.(like designer, programmer, Estimation, purchase). Continuous mental harassment through the tenure. 9 to 5 are just to show off. Late working is often expected. Too much dirty politics. They only show carrots and keep people hanging around.
