      Talented staff. International higher budget projects, consultants usually very talented and help projects along. Mentorship depending on where staffed. Talented at all levels.

      Cons

      Pryamid structure and focus on cranking out good work, but not a firm where options by all are listened to.

      Work in a collaborative environment on some of the most important projects worldwide. Company is very different in organization from big architecture corporations...

      Not really much. Perhaps the lack of parking in the office!
