Pros
I was with the US market and WW finance group for 15 years. The positives were the work-life balance and company culture.
Cons
Too many egos and the reluctance to change. They are very set in their ways and don't like type of positive efficienies. The executive positions are revolving doors. Not stable work environment and all execs have lacked direction and common sense. STAY away as this company is a career killer.
