Work Environment is very good

Location is not close to where I like to live

decent benefits, nice office, very boring environment but not for everyone, training provides for most office positions.

Advancement depends on the vote of managers that know nothing about you do, so 1 complaint and you are done. Management tends to have very poor communication with HQ, HQ makes most of the big decisions usually randomly and without warning.One day all is fine, the next things break because a big security change was made with no warning or testing. At least for this position, don't expect training.
