Pros
A very clean environment to work in
Cons
Almost 5 years working at WKKI. I have work for a lot of companies over the years much in management. I'm not a disgruntled employee since it has been quite awhile and hopefully things have changed. Although recently I have been told it hasn't. Kellogg's knows the area is depressed and people are desperate to feed their families. Mother and fathers would rather work for less than Government assistance in the hopes getting hired by Kellogg's to make a modest living. 100 plus employees are all told during hire that it is only a cleaning job. That is a lie! kellogg's pays Jacobson a descent wage which their employees only get a portion. Kellogg's is aware of this and many other despicable acts ( many acts could be construed as illegal) although 90% of the work is done by Jacobson workers that leaves Kellogg's workers with a easy life.. In fact they only make an appearance or presence during the entire production process. Only a small fraction at best will ever get hired by Kellogg's. Please beware it is waste of time... that is way their turn over rate is so high.
