      Bias of Human Resources, Unattainable Bonus Structure, Poor Pay, Customers are allowed to treat you like garbage, High Turnover, No Free Time or Personal Life, Forced to come in during vacations and if out of town you were reprimanded for not being available.

      IT and corporate office team are great Work from home 2-3 days/Hybrid (depending on role/site) Plenty of people that care but don't micromanage.

      Cons

      Wouldn't recommend anything other than an office job Pay could be more competitive No bonus until a year of tenure
