Pros
Really great people to work with. The location is really convenient to BART and the freeway. The Company invests heavily in our career development, so there are opportunities to learn new things, get new certifications and grow ourselves in our career which also lead to new opportunities within the company. We get to work on a lot of different customers and projects which means there's never a shortage of new challenges and things to do. Company is growing a lot in the cloud market, so I get to learn a lot more about Amazon Web Services. Company parties and events are always a great time and the team is super supportive of one another. Definitely look forward to coming to work.
Cons
Execution is not always easy at a self-funded company. At times it can be really busy and the job is demanding. That can be a drag at times, but the company makes up for it with bonuses and invests heavily in our development. So I guess not a total negative. As it continues to grow it seems that there are fewer days/weeks like that.
