Pros
I met some very nice co-workers. Most of co-workers who are not family related are very helpful and kind to me when I was there. Lunch was one hour and I didn't have to clock in/out for that. High security, feel safe when I work there. You need to pass the main security and get in to an elevator that needs different key for every floor. Very secured.
Cons
Everyone is afraid to loose their job on daily basis, The owner smiles at you face but will fire you without any communication. There are very few people who has been working there for many years, family related or diamond experts. I would NOT recommend anyone work there. DO NOT leave your currently job and work there, even if he pays you double. no 401k at all and no insurance for the first 90 days.
