Pay is decent, inspectors work hard

upper management does very little work, they rely on there quality inspectors to detect everything. Upper management had no experience, they have been promoted because they have stuck around. Machines are old.

The pay was decent, and the employees were easy to get along with. Too bad I can't say the same for management and the owner.

Way too much drama and politics, lots of favoritism and racism I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
