Thank you for your feedback, it's important to us. While we don't know the details behind your experience, in healthcare recruitment, performance matters—and when someone’s falling behind, support from managers can sometimes feel like micromanagement. It’s a fast-paced, demanding field that isn’t for everyone. But for those who thrive, the uncapped earning potential, autonomy, and flexibility can be incredibly rewarding. At Jackson Therapy Partners, we’re committed to a culture built on trust, transparency, and personal responsibility—where people feel supported, challenged, and valued. While we've taken your feedback to heart, we do hope that you've found a position that is the perfect fit for you.

Thanks so much for the great review! We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience with your recruiter, pay, and the overall company. That’s exactly what we love to hear! And no cons? We’ll take that as a win—but we’ll keep working hard to make sure it stays that way. Thanks again for the 5 stars!

Pros

WFH is good. Got along with with my team and turned out good work in a timely fashion.

Cons

The team manager (executive level) was a total micro-manager who told me more than once that he "did not micro-manage" his employees. I know for a fact I was the 3rd person in my role to quit, while the two others were fired. The team was under the gun the whole time I was there, scrambling to solutions. That pressure, combined with previous problems with people in my role probably contributed to the manager's total lack of trust in me.
