I am a current employee. I have addressed several complaints to my manager and nothing is being done. Work load is not being distributed fairly among the group. The department I work in, lacks fairness among groups. Management is not fair with job opportunities and advancement. They throw you under the bus and only protect those that are in their click. This has caused me to dislike where I am at. People are not being treated the same.
