Pros

Being paid every two weeks.

Cons

There is only one or two managers that actually help and support their team. However, as of this date (02/23/2015) as usual their is only one male manager and he isn't going take the fakeness. The women managers cannot be trusted (trust me, I have gave each of them trust to have it used against me). Do not expect a promotion if you are a minority and your sexual orientation is gay. The only people to get raises are the new employees (and they could know not even 25% of a tenured associate). A lot of mother and fathers have quit due to their call in policy. If you call in more than five times in a 12 month rolling period; terminated.

Excellent company to grow and advance your career.

Cons

The 3rd party company that supports LOA is extremely difficult to work with regardless if you are extremely accountable and organized which can make LOA situations stressful.

Pros

Work-life balance and most individual contributors are nice to work with.

Cons

Leadership get to their positions by being in the company a long time, not through competence or merit. As a result, all of the worst symptoms of bad management come out. Poor decision making, favoritism, incompetence, retaliation, etc, are everywhere.
