Easy job with great managers, but lacking excitement - Strategic Support Associate Jackson Employee Review

I cannot think of any noteworthy cons

Flexible scheduling, calm/chill environment, can wear headphones, managers are very easygoing, no dress code

No raises, constantly training in skills — so much to the point that you will not be proficient in any because you don’t spend any time doing them due to new trainings, strict minimum of 18 hours per week, management is not very good at communication
