Performance marketing is not run well with current manager(s) lacking the critical skills for people management. Senior leadership may not see it now but you will have a lot of talent leaving after a short time from this team going forward. Hopefully they can put the pieces together and solve this problem. Other functions of the company seem fine but would proceed with caution if joining performance marketing.
