Pros
I've been at Jackman for just over a year now, and I can honestly state that I'm rather fond of this group of people. Having spent over a decade with a traditional, large agency, I was looking forward to the switch. We are more nimble, creative and dare I say, fun. The company is steered by Joe (Jackman) and a small team of senior people who know their stuff and work alongside the entire team daily. All full-time employees are included in the annual bonus, all of them! You can work just about anywhere in the office and on your schedule (for the most part). Staff lunch on Friday is a welcome perk as well as having dogs to pet when you are in need of a 5-minute computer break. I've worked for a number of organizations in the past and I'd say from a culture and people standpoint, this ranks in the top!
Cons
Okay, the building we work in is old and somedays you need to wear your jacket. The good news is that we are moving in late 2019 to a brand new SOTA building in Liberty Village. Problem solved!
