Pros
The space is great, along with social side. Cool snacks and Friday lunches are a nice touch. The exposure to senior level engagement partners is great, and as a up and coming professional, its great to have this. I ma not sure I would be privy to this if I worked in a larger more established consulting company.
Cons
I have heard, and am now seeing it with my own eyes, that they are still trying to figure this place out. They spend so much time changing things internally that its hard know what is what these days. They also have a brand lead, who works part time, and she tends to swoop in and add some new and half baked idea that to me usually makes little sense. This ends up causing lots of issues down the road with the projects. There are such better brand people out there...make a change. Creative is still not managed right, and we have more freelancers in the mix. This causes lots of work that is not truly connected to the work...this ends up causing either re-work, and lots of late late nights for the team. They like to talk the talk, but this place is still fumbling through the motions, and not sure if its a place that I could bank on for long term growth. The MC team has some favourites, and seems to be taking over, and its losing its edge of being a company that tackles problems through multiple perspectives.
