No real cons. Can't really say much more.

The family members and the residents are awesome.

The management talks behind each other back and with employees. Very unprofessional some stuff come in dress as if they just got out of bed. Employees come and go I have wittiness 6 people in 3 months leave. The family members pay all that money to be in a room full of crap where the residents sleep which is unsafe. Medication come up missing and they tell you document it as if it was given again morally wrong. There is roaches coming out of the residents closet and kitchen. They double the residents instead of changing every two hours, one family member got so upset because someone put the wrong clothes on the wrong resident. The owner thinks she's better than every and talks down to you. I thought I could have just come in and do my job until a racial comment was made . The owner wants you to take care of the resident the owners two dogs and the 50 birds she has. Over all this is not a place where you can advance and grow if you like caring for people.
