Management says they care about you but they dont. managers want 3 weeks notice for any time off you want but only posts the schedule days before it goes live. If you call out sick, no matter how sick you are they will make you cover your shift or else they will try to make you still work it. They commit wage theft by withholding tips to cover cash register mistakes which is illegal in MO since tips are the property of the enployee and can not be withheld for any reason at all. And they will turn a blind eye to someone stealing from the cash register as long as there is enough tips to cover the loss for them, so the good employees pay for the actions of 1 theif
