Horrible - Anonymous employee Jack Spade Employee Review

I had an incredible experience working on a creative project at Jack Spade. The collaboration was seamless, and the team’s vision aligned perfectly with the project goals. I want to give special thanks to the creative director at Kate Spade, whose guidance and inspiration were instrumental in bringing the concept to life. Their leadership and creative input made all the difference, and I look forward to future collaborations!

While the experience at Jack Spade was amazing, there were a few small hiccups. The brainstorm sessions occasionally ran a bit longer than expected, making coffee breaks essential! Also, there were so many great ideas floating around that narrowing down the final direction took a bit of extra time. Lastly, the creative energy was so contagious, it made focusing on paperwork a real challenge!

Great product, amazing people. Many resources from Kate Spade allowed easy execution from an operational stand point. Fantastic work environment. SMs were able to run their stores as business owners, with a certain degree of autonomy.

Lack of strategic planning from the merchandising department. Kate Spade HR department was not the most sympathetic nor quick to resolve issues. More emphasis put on e-commerce and driving sales through the web.
