Pros

Closes at 6pm other than that None that I can think of compared to other retail stores

Cons

Sadly I use to love working at jacadi. This place as gone downhill. The ceo left along with all of corporate. The new corporate staff is terrible and running jacadi to the ground. The last area coordinator was great and as for the new one… I don’t have many nice things to say. Making too many new rules and raising the prices on everything. They made it known that they need to double the prices because everything is expensive now. But don’t mind if you’ve been working YEARS here and still getting paid minimum wage. Raises are banned here apparently. Just shows they don’t care about their employees. Don’t you miss when companies actually cared for their employees and wanted best for them? Maybe show appreciation with a pizza party I don’t know the bare minimum. Unless they make a drastic change at corporate Don’t work here. there’s no diversity here. No room for growth. Demand you to be the best but pay the least. There’s ZERO company culture if you’re looking for that.

Pros

The brand has a strong reputation, beautiful product, and a loyal customer base. There is a lot of potential, and the in store teams genuinely care about creating a great customer experience.

Cons

Leadership expectations often felt unclear and inconsistent, with limited coaching and support for Store Managers. Communication was frequently reactive rather than collaborative, making it difficult to feel set up for success. Work-life balance was another significant challenge. There was an expectation of near-constant availability that, in my experience, made it difficult to maintain healthy boundaries outside of work. Accountability often felt one-sided, and feedback was not always delivered in a way that encouraged growth or partnership. Based on my experience, it's understandable why the company has struggled with retaining leadership talent.
