      Competitive pay and good benefits entry level people are friendly

      Cons

      No remove to move up, people in higher positions are stagnant and have no desire to move up or improve. Upper management is not engaged in day to day operations. Available positions are filled by friends of management and lavk knowledge and experience.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
