      Lots of opportunity to learn new things, gain experience in multiple areas. Small staff allows for lots of hats to be worn.

      Poor choices in leadership changes made monumental negative impact on morale and resulted in loss of many long tenured employees/knowledge of systems.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
